Service Description

As a certified Dyslexia Specialist, I provide comprehensive support for students struggling with reading, writing, and spelling. Using the structured Lexercise program, I deliver personalized instruction that helps students build confidence and achieve grade-level reading skills. Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice for booking sessions and allow scheduling up to 60 days in advance. Initial consultations must include a completed intake form. Regarding cancellations, we understand that circumstances change. We offer rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice incur a 50% charge, while same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged in full. Our waitlist system allows clients to join waitlists for preferred times, with automatic notifications when slots become available. We prioritize current clients for follow-up sessions and new clients for initial consultations, with some emergency slots reserved for existing clients.
